Ardesio DiVino Competition Terms and Conditions (June 2016)

Closing time and date: 23:59 on 19 June 2016. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. Only one entry per person.
The winner and their guest must be over 18 years old and hold valid UK passports.
Entrants who use Facebook, and Instagram will be counted as individual entries. This competition is in no way endorsed by Facebook, or Instagram.

THE PRIZE
This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees or affiliates of of Pro loco Ardesio, Vivi Ardesio, Comune di Ardesio, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.
There will be one overall prize for one winner plus guest. The prize consists of return flights from London (Stansted) to Milan (Orio Al Serio) Airport with Ryanair, transfers from the airport to the resort and vice versa, 2 nights’ accommodation at the Albergo Ardesio in Ardesio, breakfast included, entrance tickets to the festival. Meals and extras excluded, transfers to and from the London Stansted airport to your personal destination are not included.
The maximum total prize value is based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip, and both require 30 days advance booking and are subject to availability. The festival is held on 6-7 August 2016. Travel must be booked by Vivi Ardesio and Pro Loco Ardesio by 30 June 2016 and flying dates will be 5-7 August 2016.
Prize travel is subject to Ryanair General Conditions of Carriage with only one cabin baggage per person allowed, no hold luggage is permitted. The winner and their companion must travel together on prize flights. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash.
Pro loco Ardesio and Vivi Ardesio make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.
Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.
The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements where required. Pro loco Ardesio and Vivi Ardesio will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.
The prize winner and the companion are responsible for holding a valid passport or any EU valid document that allows travel to and from the country of Italy and the UK. And must organise relevant visas where required.
The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from the UK departure airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food) are not included in the prize.
The package is non-transferable and no alternative packages will be offered.
There is no cash alternative.
The competition prize is subject to availability.
Pro loco Ardesio and Vivi Ardesio shall not be held responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.
The competition is provided by Pro loco Ardesio and Vivi Ardesio.
The winner will be selected at random from all entries. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified by the prize provider by email within 5 working days of the competition closing date. Closing time and date: 23:59 on 19 June 2016.
If we can’t contact the winner within a month of the closing date, we will offer the prize to a runner-up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.
You must provide your full name, address and daytime telephone number. We will use your personal details to administer this promotion and to booking the relevant services, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.
You agree that if you win, we can publish your name, surname and county in the media administered by Pro loco Ardesio and Vivi Ardesio. This includes the agencies’ websites, and social media outlets, accordingly.

RULES, LIABILITIES AND JURISDICTIONS
When you enter the competition, you agree to be bound by these rules.
Pro loco Ardesio and Vivi Ardesio do not accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
